1. Aceptación de los Términos
Al descargar, instalar o utilizar ClaudeWatch ("la Aplicación"), acepta quedar vinculado por estos Términos de Uso ("Términos"). Si no acepta estos Términos, no utilice la Aplicación.
Estos Términos constituyen un acuerdo legal entre usted y el desarrollador de ClaudeWatch ("nosotros", "nuestro"). Nos reservamos el derecho de actualizar estos Términos periódicamente. El uso continuado de la Aplicación tras la publicación de cambios constituye su aceptación.
2. Descripción del Servicio
ClaudeWatch es una aplicación iOS de utilidad que permite a los usuarios:
- Monitorear sesiones de Claude Code ejecutándose en su Mac desde su iPhone
- Recibir notificaciones locales sobre el estado de las sesiones
- Visualizar el output del terminal de forma remota dentro de su red local
- Emparejar su iPhone con su Mac mediante QR o Bonjour auto-discovery
La Aplicación opera exclusivamente sobre redes WiFi locales. No proporcionamos servicios de almacenamiento en la nube, servidores de retransmisión ni servicios de red externa de ningún tipo.
3. Licencia de Uso
Sujeto al cumplimiento de estos Términos, le otorgamos una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para:
- Descargar e instalar la Aplicación en dispositivos iOS de su propiedad o bajo su control
- Usar la Aplicación para su uso personal, no comercial
Esta licencia no incluye el derecho a:
- Sublicenciar, vender, revender o transferir la Aplicación a terceros
- Modificar, descompilar, desensamblar o realizar ingeniería inversa de la Aplicación
- Crear obras derivadas basadas en la Aplicación
- Utilizar la Aplicación para proporcionar servicios comerciales a terceros sin autorización previa por escrito
4. Requisitos del Sistema y Compatibilidad
El usuario es responsable de asegurarse de que su dispositivo cumpla los requisitos mínimos necesarios para ejecutar la Aplicación:
- iPhone con iOS 16 o posterior
- Mac con macOS 12 Monterey o posterior
- Claude Code instalado y configurado en el Mac
- Conexión WiFi local compartida entre ambos dispositivos
No garantizamos que la Aplicación sea compatible con todos los dispositivos o versiones del sistema operativo.
5. Uso Aceptable
Usted se compromete a utilizar la Aplicación únicamente para fines legales y de conformidad con estos Términos. En particular, usted no debe:
- Utilizar la Aplicación para monitorear sesiones en dispositivos que no le pertenecen o sobre los que no tiene autorización explícita
- Intentar eludir, deshabilitar o interferir con las funciones de seguridad de la Aplicación
- Utilizar la Aplicación de manera que pueda dañar, deshabilitar, sobrecargar o deteriorar servidores o redes
- Transmitir malware, virus o código malicioso a través de la Aplicación
- Utilizar la Aplicación para acceder sin autorización a sistemas, datos o redes de terceros
- Violar cualquier ley o regulación aplicable
6. Componente del Servidor macOS
La Aplicación requiere la instalación de un componente de servidor en su Mac ("el Servidor"). Al instalar el Servidor:
- Usted confirma que es el propietario o tiene autorización para instalar software en dicho Mac
- El Servidor se instala en
~/Library/Application Support/ClaudeWatch/ y puede crear un LaunchAgent para inicio automático
- El Servidor abre un puerto local (por defecto 8765) en su red WiFi para comunicarse con la app iOS
- Usted es responsable de la seguridad de su red local y del acceso al Servidor
7. Propiedad Intelectual
La Aplicación y todos sus contenidos, características y funcionalidades (incluyendo, sin limitación, el diseño, código, gráficos e iconos) son propiedad exclusiva del desarrollador de ClaudeWatch y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual aplicables.
Claude Code es un producto de Anthropic, PBC. ClaudeWatch no está afiliado con Anthropic ni respaldado por ellos. El nombre "Claude" y las marcas relacionadas son propiedad de Anthropic.
8. Exclusión de Garantías
LA APLICACIÓN SE PROPORCIONA "TAL CUAL" Y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD", SIN GARANTÍAS DE NINGÚN TIPO, EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS, INCLUYENDO, PERO NO LIMITADO A, GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD, IDONEIDAD PARA UN PROPÓSITO PARTICULAR Y NO INFRACCIÓN.
No garantizamos que:
- La Aplicación estará disponible de forma ininterrumpida, puntual, segura o libre de errores
- Los resultados obtenidos del uso de la Aplicación serán precisos o confiables
- La calidad de los productos, servicios, información u otro material obtenido a través de la Aplicación satisfará sus expectativas
- Cualquier error en la Aplicación será corregido
9. Limitación de Responsabilidad
EN LA MEDIDA EN QUE LO PERMITA LA LEY APLICABLE, EN NINGÚN CASO EL DESARROLLADOR DE CLAUDEWATCH SERÁ RESPONSABLE POR DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, ESPECIALES, CONSECUENTES O PUNITIVOS, INCLUYENDO SIN LIMITACIÓN, PÉRDIDA DE BENEFICIOS, PÉRDIDA DE DATOS, PÉRDIDA DE FONDO DE COMERCIO, INTERRUPCIÓN DEL SERVICIO, FALLO DEL EQUIPO INFORMÁTICO, O CUALQUIER OTRO DAÑO O PÉRDIDA COMERCIAL, QUE SURJA DE O EN RELACIÓN CON EL USO O LA IMPOSIBILIDAD DE USO DE LA APLICACIÓN.
La responsabilidad total del desarrollador ante usted por todos los daños no excederá el importe que usted haya pagado por la Aplicación en los últimos doce (12) meses (que puede ser cero si la Aplicación es gratuita).
10. Indemnización
Usted acepta defender, indemnizar y mantener indemne al desarrollador de ClaudeWatch y sus colaboradores frente a cualquier reclamación, daño, obligación, pérdida, responsabilidad, costo o deuda, y gasto (incluyendo honorarios de abogados) que surja de: (i) su uso y acceso a la Aplicación; (ii) su violación de cualquier término de estos Términos; (iii) su violación de cualquier derecho de terceros, incluyendo sin limitación cualquier derecho de autor, propiedad o privacidad.
11. Aplicaciones de Terceros y Dependencias
La Aplicación interactúa con Claude Code, un software de terceros de Anthropic. No somos responsables del funcionamiento, disponibilidad o cambios en Claude Code o cualquier software de terceros del que dependa la Aplicación. El uso de Claude Code está sujeto a los términos de servicio de Anthropic.
12. Modificaciones de la Aplicación
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar, suspender o discontinuar la Aplicación (o cualquier parte de la misma) en cualquier momento, con o sin previo aviso. No seremos responsables ante usted ni ante ningún tercero por cualquier modificación, suspensión o discontinuación de la Aplicación.
13. Ley Aplicable y Jurisdicción
Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de conformidad con las leyes de México, sin dar efecto a ninguna disposición sobre conflicto de leyes. Cualquier disputa legal derivada de estos Términos se someterá a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales competentes de la Ciudad de México, México.
14. Divisibilidad
Si alguna disposición de estos Términos se considera inválida, ilegal o inaplicable en cualquier jurisdicción, dicha disposición se modificará en la medida mínima necesaria para hacerla válida y aplicable, o si no puede modificarse, se eliminará. El resto de los Términos continuarán en pleno vigor y efecto.
15. Acuerdo Completo
Estos Términos, junto con nuestra Política de Privacidad, constituyen el acuerdo completo entre usted y nosotros con respecto a la Aplicación y reemplazan todos los acuerdos anteriores y actuales, representaciones, garantías y compromisos (escritos u orales) con respecto a su objeto.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ClaudeWatch ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the developer of ClaudeWatch ("we", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
2. Service Description
ClaudeWatch is an iOS utility application that allows users to:
- Monitor Claude Code sessions running on their Mac from their iPhone
- Receive local notifications about session status
- View terminal output remotely within their local network
- Pair their iPhone with their Mac via QR code or Bonjour auto-discovery
The App operates exclusively over local WiFi networks. We do not provide cloud storage, relay servers, or external network services of any kind.
3. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on iOS devices you own or control
- Use the App for your personal, non-commercial use
This license does not include the right to:
- Sublicense, sell, resell, or transfer the App to third parties
- Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the App
- Create derivative works based on the App
- Use the App to provide commercial services to third parties without prior written authorization
4. System Requirements and Compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements to run the App:
- iPhone running iOS 16 or later
- Mac running macOS 12 Monterey or later
- Claude Code installed and configured on the Mac
- Local WiFi connection shared between both devices
We do not guarantee the App will be compatible with all devices or OS versions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you must not:
- Use the App to monitor sessions on devices you do not own or have explicit authorization to monitor
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the App's security features
- Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair servers or networks
- Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code through the App
- Use the App to gain unauthorized access to third-party systems, data, or networks
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
6. macOS Server Component
The App requires the installation of a server component on your Mac ("the Server"). By installing the Server:
- You confirm that you are the owner or have authorization to install software on that Mac
- The Server installs in
~/Library/Application Support/ClaudeWatch/ and may create a LaunchAgent for auto-start
- The Server opens a local port (default 8765) on your WiFi network to communicate with the iOS app
- You are responsible for the security of your local network and access to the Server
7. Intellectual Property
The App and all its content, features, and functionality (including, without limitation, design, code, graphics, and icons) are the exclusive property of the ClaudeWatch developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Claude Code is a product of Anthropic, PBC. ClaudeWatch is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. The name "Claude" and related marks are property of Anthropic.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be available uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Results obtained from use of the App will be accurate or reliable
- The quality of products, services, information, or other material obtained through the App will meet your expectations
- Any errors in the App will be corrected
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CLAUDEWATCH DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
The developer's total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past twelve (12) months (which may be zero if the App is free).
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the ClaudeWatch developer and its contributors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use and access to the App; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
11. Third-Party Applications and Dependencies
The App interacts with Claude Code, third-party software by Anthropic. We are not responsible for the operation, availability, or changes to Claude Code or any third-party software the App depends on. Use of Claude Code is subject to Anthropic's terms of service.
12. Modifications to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions. Any legal dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if it cannot be modified, it shall be severed. The remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the App and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings (whether written or oral) regarding its subject matter.

- Visualiser la sortie du terminal à distance au sein de leur réseau local
- Associer leur iPhone à leur Mac via QR ou découverte automatique Bonjour
L'Application fonctionne exclusivement sur des réseaux WiFi locaux. Nous ne fournissons pas de services de stockage cloud, de serveurs relais ni de services réseau externes.
3. Licence d'utilisation
Sous réserve de votre respect de ces Conditions, nous vous accordons une licence limitée, non exclusive, non transférable et révocable pour :
- Télécharger et installer l'Application sur des appareils iOS que vous possédez ou contrôlez
- Utiliser l'Application pour votre usage personnel, non commercial
Cette licence n'inclut pas le droit de :
- Sous-licencier, vendre, revendre ou transférer l'Application à des tiers
- Modifier, décompiler, désassembler ou procéder à l'ingénierie inverse de l'Application
- Créer des œuvres dérivées basées sur l'Application
- Utiliser l'Application pour fournir des services commerciaux à des tiers sans autorisation écrite préalable
4. Configuration Requise et Compatibilité
Vous êtes responsable de vous assurer que votre appareil répond aux exigences minimales pour exécuter l'Application :
- iPhone avec iOS 16 ou ultérieur
- Mac avec macOS 12 Monterey ou ultérieur
- Claude Code installé et configuré sur le Mac
- Connexion WiFi locale partagée entre les deux appareils
Nous ne garantissons pas que l'Application sera compatible avec tous les appareils ou versions du système d'exploitation.
5. Utilisation Acceptable
Vous vous engagez à utiliser l'Application uniquement à des fins légales et conformément à ces Conditions. En particulier, vous ne devez pas :
- Utiliser l'Application pour surveiller des sessions sur des appareils qui ne vous appartiennent pas ou pour lesquels vous n'avez pas d'autorisation explicite
- Tenter de contourner, désactiver ou interférer avec les fonctions de sécurité de l'Application
- Utiliser l'Application d'une manière pouvant endommager, désactiver, surcharger ou détériorer des serveurs ou réseaux
- Transmettre des logiciels malveillants, virus ou code malicieux via l'Application
- Violer toute loi ou réglementation applicable
6. Composant Serveur macOS
L'Application nécessite l'installation d'un composant serveur sur votre Mac (« le Serveur »). En installant le Serveur :
- Vous confirmez que vous êtes le propriétaire ou que vous avez l'autorisation d'installer des logiciels sur ce Mac
- Le Serveur s'installe dans
~/Library/Application Support/ClaudeWatch/ et peut créer un LaunchAgent pour le démarrage automatique
- Le Serveur ouvre un port local (par défaut 8765) sur votre réseau WiFi pour communiquer avec l'application iOS
- Vous êtes responsable de la sécurité de votre réseau local et de l'accès au Serveur
7. Propriété Intellectuelle
L'Application et tous ses contenus, fonctionnalités et caractéristiques sont la propriété exclusive du développeur de ClaudeWatch et sont protégés par les lois applicables sur la propriété intellectuelle.
Claude Code est un produit d'Anthropic, PBC. ClaudeWatch n'est pas affilié à Anthropic et n'est pas approuvé par eux. Le nom « Claude » et les marques associées sont la propriété d'Anthropic.
8. Exclusion de Garanties
L'APPLICATION EST FOURNIE « EN L'ÉTAT » ET « SELON DISPONIBILITÉ », SANS GARANTIES D'AUCUNE SORTE, EXPRESSES OU IMPLICITES, Y COMPRIS, MAIS SANS S'Y LIMITER, LES GARANTIES IMPLICITES DE QUALITÉ MARCHANDE, D'ADÉQUATION À UN USAGE PARTICULIER ET DE NON-CONTREFAÇON.
9. Limitation de Responsabilité
DANS TOUTE LA MESURE PERMISE PAR LA LOI APPLICABLE, EN AUCUN CAS LE DÉVELOPPEUR DE CLAUDEWATCH NE SERA RESPONSABLE DES DOMMAGES INDIRECTS, ACCESSOIRES, SPÉCIAUX, CONSÉCUTIFS OU PUNITIFS, Y COMPRIS, SANS LIMITATION, LA PERTE DE PROFITS, LA PERTE DE DONNÉES, L'INTERRUPTION DE SERVICE OU TOUT AUTRE DOMMAGE COMMERCIAL.
La responsabilité totale du développeur envers vous pour tous les dommages ne dépassera pas le montant que vous avez payé pour l'Application au cours des douze (12) derniers mois (qui peut être nul si l'Application est gratuite).
10. Indemnisation
Vous acceptez de défendre, d'indemniser et de dégager de toute responsabilité le développeur de ClaudeWatch et ses contributeurs contre toute réclamation, dommage, obligation, perte, responsabilité, coût ou dette et dépense découlant de : (i) votre utilisation et accès à l'Application ; (ii) votre violation de toute condition des présentes Conditions ; (iii) votre violation de tout droit de tiers.
11. Applications et Dépendances Tierces
L'Application interagit avec Claude Code, un logiciel tiers d'Anthropic. Nous ne sommes pas responsables du fonctionnement, de la disponibilité ou des modifications de Claude Code ou de tout logiciel tiers dont dépend l'Application. L'utilisation de Claude Code est soumise aux conditions d'utilisation d'Anthropic.
12. Modifications de l'Application
Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier, suspendre ou interrompre l'Application (ou toute partie de celle-ci) à tout moment, avec ou sans préavis. Nous ne serons pas responsables envers vous ou tout tiers pour toute modification, suspension ou interruption de l'Application.
13. Droit Applicable et Juridiction
Ces Conditions seront régies et interprétées conformément aux lois du Mexique, sans donner effet à aucune disposition sur les conflits de lois. Tout litige juridique découlant de ces Conditions sera soumis à la juridiction exclusive des tribunaux compétents de Mexico, Mexique.
14. Divisibilité
Si une disposition de ces Conditions est jugée invalide, illégale ou inapplicable, elle sera modifiée dans la mesure minimale nécessaire pour la rendre valide, ou si elle ne peut être modifiée, elle sera supprimée. Le reste des Conditions continuera à s'appliquer pleinement.
15. Accord Complet
Ces Conditions, ainsi que notre Politique de Confidentialité, constituent l'accord complet entre vous et nous concernant l'Application et remplacent tous les accords antérieurs.
